Tower Tussle

Students are introduced to the concept of buildings that adapt to their environment, before being challenged to build either an earthquake or hurricane resistant tower.

STEM Careers in Sport

This session uses four different pieces of equipment (kick speed test, football shoot out, the Batak board and rowing machines) to allow students to see the link between STEM and the world of sports.

Qwizdom

A quiz using audience response system 'Qwizdom' to give a competitive flair. Students work in teams to establish the correct answer and earn enough points to be the winner on a range of topics linked to STEM.

Power to Drive

Miniature electric cars are built to demonstrate some of the principles of gears, before the young people then use the cars to understand the relationship between voltage input and distance travelled.

To proceed and secure your date,
we will send a confirmation form and invoice for 25%.

Staff will arrive on the day around 7.30am to set up. We will require parking for a large van.

Every workshop is finished with an evaluation form. At the end of the day, staff need 30 minutes to tidy, clear the room and pack van.
